Essential Skills and Experience

* Working experience:Over 6 years experience in telecommunication fields, preferably with presales background
* Strong technical understanding of Mobile or Fix network. Excellent knowledge and understanding of Telecom Network framework and general direction of telecom developing.
* Pro-active customer focus with experience in marketing area. Work experience from Multinational operators or other vendors like Ericsson, Nokia-Siemens, Alcatel-Lucent etc. preferred.
* Excellent written and presentation skills
* Experience of working with different cultures and managerial methodologies.
* Experience of managing in complex environments and working in virtual teams.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other language skills like Mandarin, French, Spanish, German etc. preferred.
* Good interpersonal skills in terms of influencing, negotiating and listening

Design core network hardware including processor, clock and interface.
Design bus topology for hardware, considering reliability, overall performance, etc.
Model and simulate key signal,
Design hardware manufactured with cost and yield.

The contractor will provided the system architecture and key components as the input. The contractor will design the board, circuit level design, include JTAG, Monitor bus, CPU system, interface (hotswap) and so on, draw schematic and pre-layout.
